Pine Hill-
Patricia Regina McNamara-Eignor, affectionately known as Meme, was born on October 10, 1936, to loving parents George McNamara and Dorothy Rose in Brooklyn NY. She peacefully passed away surrounded by loved ones on April 6, 2024, at the age of 87.
Meme lived a life filled with warmth, laughter, and boundless love. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Her compassion for her grandchildren knew no bounds, and her gentle but witty spirit touched the lives of all who knew her.
She was predeceased by the love of her life Robert J Eignor, together again in enteral happiness looking down on their loved ones.
She will be deeply missed by her loving children Michelle Tallman (Seth), Michael Weeks and Melinda Condon (Daniel) and her cherished grandchildren Rieley Keator (granddaughter) (Allen) and Bryce and Elliott Keator (great grandsons). Meme's memory will also be treasured by her extended family and many friends she met along the way.
Meme also had many fur babies brought to her, most were random and brought home by her children as much as they weren’t welcomed they never left their forever home.
A celebration of Meme's life will be held on May 3rd, 2024 from 3:00-5:00 at Gormley’s Funeral Home in Phoenicia NY. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The Town of Shandaken Historical Museum located in Pine Hill NY. Though Meme may no longer be with us in person, her spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of all who were touched by her love and kindness. May she rest in peace, surrounded by the eternal light of the love she shared so generously in her lifetime.
