Rosemary Fudge

Rosemary Fudge, of Phoenicia died Wednesday April 11, 2108 surrounded by her loving family, at the Kingston Hospital. She was born in 1941 in Brooklyn, daughter of the late John and Rose Petraglia Cartino. Rosemary was a loving and caring person who had worked for Bell Atlantic Telephone Co., Home Health Aides, a volunteer at Family of Woodstock, a homemaker, a dedicated wife, mother, grandmother, and great grand mother. She loved reading, playing cards and board games, and spending time with her granddaughter Nicole and great grandchildren: Esynce, Scarlet, and Serenity. She was a positive role model in their lives, as well as anyone else that Rosemary met along life's journey. Rosemary was always loved, respected, and had such a beautiful heart full of giving and caring.
Surviving are her beloved husband Ernest W. Fudge, 3 children: Ernest, Catherine, and John , 3 grandchildren: Nicole, Anthony, and Natasha; 3 great grandchildren: Esynce, Scarlet, and Serenity. She was predeceased by her siblings: Mary, Mildred, Carol, and Emilio Cartino.
Her funeral procession will form on Saturday at 9:30am at the E. B. Gormley Funeral Home 87 Main St. Phoenicia, thence to the St. Francis de Sales Church where at 10am a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. Private burial in the St. Charles Cemetery, Pinelawn,NY. Friends will be received on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9pm at the E. B. Gormley Funeral Home.
