Arthur Hagen

Arthur Jay Hagen passed away on Thursday, January 27, 2022 after a long illness. Arthur was born on September 7, 1944 in Cleveland, Ohio to parents Leonard and Ruth Hagen. Arthur attended Kent State University and received a PhD in History. He was a devoted member of the Karma Triyana Dharmachakra Tibetan Buddhist monastery of Woodstock, and a lifelong seeker of peace and good will.

Arthur is survived by his wife, Danielle Debollardiere Hagen, his sister, Carolyn Hagen Samit, and his niece, Stephanie Fierman. His smile and laugh will be missed.
