Kerry L. Crozier, 72 of Big Indian/Oliverea Road died suddenly at home on Wednesday Feb. 9, 2022. He was born July 23, 1949 in Corpus Christi, TX son of the late Harold and Nina Faye Mabry Crozier and raised by his Father and stepmother Marvelle Crozier. An area resident for the past fifty years, Kerry was an honorably discharged veteran of the US Army having served 1966-69. He continued to serve through his active participation as past president of the Vietnam Veteran's of America Chapter 60, Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1386, American Legion Post 950, as well as having manned a suicide prevention hot-line in his home many years ago. Kerry had been a valued member of the Saugerties Benevolent Protective Order of Elks. He appreciated the beauty of nature, enjoyed motorcycling through the mountains, and hunting in the woods. He rode in the Freedom Run Rallies, and had been an New Orlean's Saints fan. He was an avid reader, and kept up with current events. Most recently Kerry drove for Tonche Transit in Mt. Tremper. Most important and paramount to him was his daughter Seanne.
Surviving are his daughter Seanne Crozier and companion David Cole of Poughkeepsie, companion Peg Eyberg, sisters: Gerry Lynn and her husband Joe Cato, and Barbara Lee Busby, brother: Marvin and his wife Laura Lockheart. stepdaughter: Terry Eyberg and, former spouse Elaine Rose and many nieces and nephews also survive.
