Donald T Smith

     Donald T. Smith, 90 of Olivebridge and formerly of Lakewood, NJ died Wednesday March 9, 2022 at the Kingston Hospital.  He was born December 21, 1932 in Brooklyn, son of the late Frank and Anna Wallace Smith.  Don was a honorably discharged veteran of the U. S. Airforce.  He previously had been a truck driver for Hub Home Improvements Lumberyard in Brooklyn, and was an avid NY Giants fan.  Family was paramount to Don, and he stepped up to help raise his nephews.  He was a very hard worker, and yet always enjoyed having a good time.  He is described as the kinda guy, who would give you the shirt off of his back!  He loved animals, and keeping up with his Lotto numbers.  Don was a grateful individual and a blessed soul.  

     Surviving are his lady friend Lois Dougherty, and nephews Keith, Brian, and James McGlyn.

     A memorial service to celebrate the Life of Don will be held privately, with burial in the family plot in the Spring.  Memorial arrangements are under the direction of the E. B.
