June Margaret (Clark) Winnie, 89, of Olivebridge, New York, walked into the arms of Jesus on
02/16/2021. She was born to parents Orlando and Alma (Keator) Clark, on 05/05/1931 in Chichester, New York.
June was a Mom who stayed at home to provide her children with love, guidance and direction, moral
values and instill in them a belief in God. She not only guided her children, but was a tremendous
influence on her grandchildren and her loving legacy will carry on. June was the Matriarch of her family
and was always there with love, kindness and compassion when life got chaotic for her friends and
family. A woman who understood the importance and embraced the responsibility to raise her children
to become successful, loving, compassionate and upstanding adults. Her love for all children, especially
her many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren was one of the highlights of
her time with her family
June is survived by daughters Cheryl (Jim) Vermilyea, in Zebulon, NC, Sandy (Larry) Todd, in Woodstock,
NY and her son Matthew Winnie and his fiancé Andrea Beres of Maybrook, NY.
She is also survived by her grandchildren, Shani Metzger, Tonica Williams, Heather Broadhead, Kyle
Frano, Kelli Winnie, Kristin Winnie, Kaitlin Winnie, Jaime Winnie, Kristal Denisulk, Kayci Winnie and
Brianna Winnie. In addition to the many great and great-great grandchildren who she loved so very much.

She was preceded in death by her husband Virgil L Winnie, her infant daughter Juanita Louise, her son
Virgil A Winnie, brothers Edward Clark, Douglas Clark and Richard Clark, her sister Lillian Clark Johnson
and her beloved son-in-law Jim Vermilyea.
